Highland Park Passes Ordinance: Smart Bikes; not such a Great Idea

According to most Park Cities' residents, The Town of Highland Park gets it right on the commuter bike issue. The City passed an ordinance due to public yards and sidewalks being overrun by these colorful two wheelers.

Comments about the bikes followed suit, and local social media pages were littered with emotions ranging from outrage to adoration.

Most residents agreed that in the end, HP got it right.
